We respect your privacy and will take all reasonable measures to protect it, as more fully detailed below.

Should you decide to register as a user on the our website, we may require you to provide us with personal information which includes but is not limited to –

your name and surname;
your email address;
your physical address;
your gender;
your mobile number;
your date of birth; and
your credit card details on checkout – when making a purchase.

Wholesalers information:

We may require the following information from wholesalers / salons (which must be furnished on our request)

(a) Company / CK documents (including, without limitation, certificate of incorporation, memorandum of incorporation, CK1/CK2);

(b) Certified copy of the identity documents of shareholders (company) / members (close corporation /CC) and directors (company);

(d) Certified letter from your bank – confirming your company bank details.

Should your personal information change, please inform us and provide us with updates to your personal information as soon as reasonably possible to enable us to update your personal information.

You may choose to provide additional personal information to us, in which event you agree to provide accurate and current information, and not to impersonate or misrepresent any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with anyone or anything.

We are entitled to use or disclose your personal information if such use or disclosure is required in order to comply with any applicable law, legislation, regulations, order of court or legal process served on us (“disclosure requirements”), or to protect and defend our rights or property, or as we are entitled to disclose in terms of any disclosure requirements (whether under, without limitation, the National Credit Act 35 of 2005 (as amended or replaced from time to time) and the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (as amended or replaced from time to time).

in relation to the ordering, sale and delivery of products that we sell or supply;
